Explanation of the Book of Hajj-08a

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Abdullah ibn Yusuf narrated to us, Malik informed us, from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Urwah, from Zaynab, from Umm Salimah (may Allah be pleased with her), who said:
I once complained to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, شكوت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
Muwatta Malik 20:127

And Muhammad ibn Harb narrated to me, Abu Marwan Yahya ibn Abi Zakariyya al-Ghassani narrated to us, from Hisham, from Urwah, from Umm Salimah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, while he was in Makkah and intended to depart, and Umm Salimah had not yet performed the circumambulation of the House and she intended to depart, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: When the morning prayer is established, perform the circumambulation on your camel while the people are praying. So she did that, and she did not pray until she had departed.

The Shaykh : In this is evidence that congregational prayer is not obligatory for women, because if it were obligatory, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) would have ordered her to pray and then perform the circumambulation, and that is the case. So congregational prayer is not obligatory for women in the mosques. But is it obligatory for them in the houses? O Mahmoud, is it obligatory for women in the houses? No, no. Congregation? No, it is not obligatory. And is it recommended or not? There is disagreement in this. The well-known position in our Hanbali school is that it is recommended for women, separate from the men. They argued that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) ordered Umm Warakah to lead the people of her house, meaning the people of her neighborhood. And some said that it is not recommended for women, because this is the norm for the wives of the Companions. The matter in this is easy: if they pray in congregation and they think that it is more enlivening and more upright for them, then that is better. And if every woman is occupied with what she is occupied with in the house, then each one prays alone. And his saying:
did not offer the two rak`at of Tawaf until she came out of the Mosque فلم تصل حتى خرجت
Sahih al-Bukhari 1626
Does the meaning imply she did not pray the Fajr prayer, or does the meaning imply she did not pray two rak'ahs? If it is the former, then there is no witness in the hadith, there is no witness in the hadith for the heading. And if it is the latter, then yes. But the apparent context is that she did not pray what? The Fajr prayer until she departed. And let us return to the chapter regarding the heading.
