Does the feather placed on the hair for adornment fall under the category of hair extension?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Now, Shaykh, there are women who attach feathers to their hair. Is this considered extending the hair?

The Shaykh : By Allah, if the feather resembles the head such that one who sees it thinks it is a head, then it is hair extension.

The questioner : There is black and white of it.

The Shaykh : And if it does not resemble it, there is no harm in it; there is no prohibition.

The questioner : I mean, if there is black for the head?

The Shaykh : If it is black such that when the viewer sees it, he says, "This is a head," then it is hair extension. And if it is distinguished by redness, greenness, or whiteness.

The questioner : Is it permissible to sell it, Shaykh?

The Shaykh : Which one?

The questioner : The one that resembles the head?

The Shaykh : I have already given you the rule a moment ago, my brother.

The questioner : Yes, because now there is.

The Shaykh : ... The rule we mentioned: that Allah.
The student: If He forbids something, He forbids its price.

The Shaykh : That is it. This rule is from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him); it is not from Zayd or 'Amr. Yes.
