The reciter: Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, saying: Yahya narrated to us from Isma'il, who said: Qays narrated to me, saying: "I came to Khubab while he was building a wall for himself. He said: 'Our companions who have passed away were not deprived of anything by this world, but we have been afflicted after them with something for which we find no place except the earth.'"
