Does the one whose tongue is held by sweat die and find rest, and not enter the Fire either?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, may Allah reward you. In the gathering, does the one whose tongue is held by sweat die or is he tormented?

The Shaykh : Ah, this is a problem now. He asks: does the one whose tongue is held by sweat die and find rest, and not enter the Fire either? He says, go from here.

The questioner : No, is it that he is tormented, or...

The Shaykh : He is tormented, there is no doubt. Yes, he is being roasted now, glory be to Allah.

The questioner : He dies.

The Shaykh : He is tormented, there is no doubt. He is tormented, but there is no death. Is it not in the Fire of Hell that it is sixty-nine times better than the fire of this world? In the Fire, and yet Allah the Mighty and Majestic says: "They do not die therein nor do they live." They are not given a decree to die, even though, by analogy, the least of this fire would cause a person to die. Yes, yes. Keep these matters in mind, O brothers. Matters of the unseen: we have nothing in them but submission. We know the meaning, but what is beyond the meaning, we do not know. We do not know.
