Benefits of the hadith regarding the poor preceding the rich in entering Paradise.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : This is like the first one; it contains evidence that the poor will precede the rich in entering Paradise. This is because they were tested with the deprivation of worldly comforts and were patient with that, so they were compensated for it by being granted precedence in the enjoyment of the Hereafter. As for the fact that most of the people of the Fire are women, it is not because of anything they did, but rather because of the great trials they face. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I have not left behind me a trial more injurious to men than women. ما تركت بعدي فتنة أضر على الرجال من النساء
Mishkat al-Masabih 3085
The scholars said: In this is an indication that the number of female births is greater than the number of male births. Because if the people of the Fire are nine hundred and ninety-nine out of a thousand, and most of the people of the Fire are women, it necessarily follows that the number of women among the daughters of Adam is greater than the number of males.
