The reader: Mahmud narrated to us, 'Ubayd Allah informed us, from Isra'il, from Abu Husayn, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I am more closer to the believers than their ownselves, so whoever (among them) dies leaving some inheritance, his inheritance will be given to his 'Asaba أنا أولى بالمؤمنين من أنفسهم، فمن مات وترك مالا فماله لموالي العصبة ...
