Marriage to the daughter of your sister’s husband from another woman

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 13552 )
Q: May Allah guide you, O Shaykh: Allah guided me to one of my relatives, and I decided to marry her to be my life partner. However, there is a matter I wish to present to your eminence. This girl is the sister of my sister’s daughter, to be more precise: my sister married my maternal uncle’s son, and Allah blessed them with a daughter named (Kawthar). My sister passed away
and my maternal uncle’s son married another woman, and Allah blessed them with a daughter named (Amani). To be even clearer:

What is the ruling in Islamic law regarding my marriage to (Amani), given that she is the sister of my sister’s daughter on the father’s side? I hope to receive your approval and attention.

A: If the matter is as you described, it is permissible for you to marry the daughter of your sister’s husband from another woman, and the fact that you are the maternal uncle of her sister on the father’s side has no effect. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
