Is it permissible for a woman to uncover her face in front of her husband's paternal uncle, and is it permissible for her to marry him if her husband divorces her?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a woman to uncover her face in front of her husband's paternal uncle? And is it permissible for her to marry him if her husband divorces her?

The Shaykh : Yes, it is not permissible for a woman to uncover her face in front of her husband's paternal uncle, nor in front of her husband's brother. She only uncovers her face to her husband's father, his grandfather on the paternal or maternal side, her son from another woman, and the sons of her sons and the sons of her daughters.
As for the husband's relatives other than his ancestors and descendants, the ancestors are the grandfathers, however high up, on the paternal or maternal side, and the descendants are the sons, however low down, whether they are the sons of the sons or the sons of the daughters. These are the ones to whom the wife uncovers her face.
As for the husband's relatives other than his ancestors and descendants, they are strangers to her. Based on this, if the husband dies or divorces her, it is permissible for his brother or his paternal uncle to marry her.
