A man received his share from the monthly cooperative, but its cycle has not yet ended; is it permissible for him to perform Hajj with this money?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : Is it permissible for one who has subscribed to the monthly cooperative to perform Hajj with the money he has taken or will take, knowing that he is even the first person to receive this cooperative’s funds?

The Shaykh : The cooperative, my brothers, you know what it is. The cooperative is an agreement among employees that each one deducts, for example, one thousand riyals from his salary, which is given to the first person, then to the second in the second month, and to the third in the third month. This is permissible and there is no harm in it. So if a person becomes the first to take the money, it means that he has incurred a debt for what he took. Can he perform Hajj? This is the question of our brother Musa. We say: Yes, he may perform Hajj, and there is no harm in it, because he is confident that he will pay off the debt and knows that when the due date of this debt arrives, he will settle it.
