Are the regular voluntary prayers made up if their time is missed?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Are the regular voluntary prayers made up if their time is missed?

The Shaykh : If?

The questioner : If their time has passed.

The Shaykh : Yes, the regular voluntary prayers are made up if their time is missed due to forgetfulness or sleep, because they fall under the general meaning of the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying:
Whoever sleeps through a prayer or forgets it, let him pray it when he remembers it. من نام عن صلاة أو نسيها فليصلها إذا ذكرها
, and because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), when he slept through the Fajr prayer until the sun rose, stood up and the Companions stood up with him, and they prayed the regular voluntary prayer before the obligatory prayer after it.

The questioner : May Allah forgive you, O Shaykh.
Another questioner : Complete it, O Shaykh, O Shaykh

The Shaykh : Please go ahead.
