What is your advice to the mujahideen in general, and specifically to the mujahideen of Eritrea from Abyssinia, given that their leader is present in this assembly?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Praise be to Allah.
Your Eminence, what is your advice to your brothers the mujahideen in general, and to your brothers the mujahideen from Eritrea in Abyssinia specifically, given that their leader is present in this blessed assembly? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : My advice to the mujahideen is to be sincere in their intention for Allah (Mighty and Majestic), so that they fight so that the word of Allah is the supreme one, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
He was asked about a man who fights with bravery, fights out of pride, and fights to be seen. Which of these is in the path of Allah? He said: Whoever fights so that the word of Allah is the supreme one, he is in the path of Allah. سئل عن الرجل يقاتل شجاعة ويقاتل حمية ويقاتل ليرى مكانه أي ذلك في سبيل الله ؟ قال : من قاتل لتكون كلمة الله هي العليا فهو في سبيل الله
Second: They should not fight until they are prepared and have equipment that matches or approximates the enemy's equipment, based on the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And prepare against them whatever you are able of power وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ
[Al-Anfal 8:60]
For this reason, Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) permitted the mujahideen to flee if the enemy is more than twice their number, even after they have lined up for battle, if the enemy is more than twice their number. Likewise, if the weapons are more than our weapons. As for going to fight an enemy with weapons that do not match or equal their weapons, without there being means by which we can protect ourselves, this is undoubtedly not prescribed, because it is obligatory to prepare before setting out.
And prepare against them whatever you are able of power وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ
[Al-Anfal 8:60]
Third: My advice to them is not to differ or dispute, because if they differ and dispute, they will fail. Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said:
until [the time] when you lost courage and fell to disputing about the order [given by the Prophet] and disobeyed after He had shown you that which you love
[Ali 'Imran 3:152]
meaning you saw what you disliked. Dispute and difference are the cause of defeat and failure. If you are truly fighting in the path of Allah, do not make your own opinion the winner, and do not seek victory for yourself, but follow the truth wherever it is. Therefore, when some of the mujahideen had ill intent in their hearts, the mujahideen began to fight among themselves, killing one another with the weapons they had prepared to fight the enemy with.
Likewise, the fourth, or the third? The fourth: That they appoint leaders and commanders so that their affairs are not in chaos. It is obligatory for the commanded one to obey his leader in other than the disobedience of Allah, just as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to appoint a leader to direct, command, and prohibit them when he sent an army or a detachment, so that their affairs would not be in chaos. As for every person following his own head and imposing his own opinion, this is a mistake, a great mistake. There must be a leader who is agreed upon, or appointed by whoever was the leader before him, or similar means of appointing a leader after him.
