The reciter: And Hārūn ibn Ma'rūf, Sūrīj ibn Yūnus, and Abū Kuraib all narrated to us from Ibn Abī Zayd. Hārūn said: Ibn Abī Zayd narrated to us, saying: 'Āṣim al-Aḥwal informed me from 'Abd Allāh ibn Shāqīq from Ibn 'Umar:
the Prophet as saying, "Hasten to pray a witr before morning.” أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلّم قال: بادروا الصبح بالوتر
