The reader: And Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated it to us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi narrated to us. And Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, Abu al-Nadr informed us, saying: Abd al-Aziz ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Salama narrated to us from his uncle al-Majishun ibn Abi Salama from al-A'raj with this chain of narration, and he said:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when he began the prayer, would say Allahu Akbar, then say: I have turned my face, and he said: And I am the first of the Muslims, and he said: And when he raised his head from the bowing, he would say: Allah hears the one who praises Him, Our Lord, to You belongs all praise, and he said: And He created him and made his creation excellent, and he said: And when he concluded the prayer, he would say: O Allah, forgive me what I have done before كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلّم إذا استفتح الصلاة كبّر، ثم قال: وجهت وجهي، وقال: وأنا أول المسلمين، وقال: وإذا رفع رأسه من الركوع، قال: سمع الله لمن حمده، ربنا ولك الحمد، وقال: وصوّره فأحسن صوره، وقال: وإذا سلّم، قال: اللهم اغفر لي ما قدمت
