The reciter: And Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Bakr informed us, saying: Sa'id ibn Abi Arubah narrated to us. And Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, saying: 'Afan narrated to us, saying: Aban al-'Attar narrated to us. All of them narrated from Qatadah with this chain of narration. In their two narrations, from the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: إن الله جزأ القرآن ثلاثة أجزاء فجعل قل هو الله أحد جزءا من أجزاء القرآن Indeed, Allah divided the Qur'an into three parts, and He made 'Qul huwa Allahu Ahad' (Say: He is Allah, the One) one of the parts of the Qur'an.
