The reciter: Hasan al-Halwani narrated to us, and Rauh ibn 'Ubadah narrated to us, and Ibn Jurayj narrated to us. And Muhammad ibn Rafi' narrated to me, and 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, and Ibn Jurayj informed us, and Ibrahim ibn Maysarah informed me, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas:
That he mentioned the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the bath on Friday. Tawus said, "I asked Ibn 'Abbas, 'Does he apply perfume or oil if he has it at his home?' He said, 'I do not know of that.'" أنه ذكر قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الغسل يوم الجمعة قال طاوس فقلت لابن عباس ويمس طيباً أو دهناً إن كان عند أهله قال لا أعلمه
