When does the time for the Friday bath begin?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. What is the basis for specifying the time as the rising of the sun? Should it not be said that it is from the appearance of the dawn, since that is the day?

The Shaykh : And for that reason, we said that we have hesitation regarding this. What prevents us from being certain that it is from the appearance of the dawn is that this time is specifically for the Fajr prayer. It should not be done anything related to the Friday prayer until the time of the prayer preceding it has passed. This is what necessitated our hesitation, and caution is better.

The questioner : Okay, Shaykh, based on this, it can be said: for example, if he prays Fajr and finishes the prayer, he takes the bath then and goes?

The Shaykh : No, we see it is better that he goes in the first hour, after the sun rises. He takes the bath and goes. This is the confirmed ruling.
