The ritual bath is tied to going to the Friday prayer, so what is the basis for its permissibility at Fajr?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In these hadiths, the context of the hadith indicates that the ritual bath... so what is the basis for the permissibility of the ritual bath before the Fajr prayer?

The Shaykh : Who said that the ritual bath is before Fajr?

The questioner : If he intended

The Shaykh : No, no. First: we have doubt regarding whether one who takes a ritual bath between the appearance of Fajr and the rising of the sun receives the reward or not. As for before the appearance of Fajr, there is no doubt that he does not receive the reward, nor does it drop the obligatory act. That is to say, if a person gets up at the end of the night, takes a ritual bath, and stops at that, we say that you have not performed the obligatory act. So if he takes a ritual bath after the Fajr adhan, before the sun rises, we have hesitation regarding that, because this time is the time for the Fajr prayer, so it is not possible to do in it what is specific to the Friday prayer. But after the sun rises, there is no harm. And this hadith does not indicate that it is necessary for the ritual bath to be connected to the going [to the mosque], due to his saying:
Then he wentثمّ راح
, and "thumma" in the Arabic language implies delay.
