Do the hadiths that the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) parents are in the Fire contradict what came in the Qur'an?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Now, in this era, regarding the issue of the Messenger's (peace and blessings be upon him) parents being in Paradise, some groups of innovators have begun to raise it. And when we argue with them using the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), they say: These are hadiths that are not established, because they contradict the Qur'an.

The Shaykh : That is, the Qur'an.

The questioner : They say, Allah the Exalted said:
And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.
[Al-Isra 17:15]
And the parents of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) are from the people of the interval (al-fatrah) to whom no Messenger was sent. And the evidence is the saying of Allah the Exalted in Surat Yasin, if I am not mistaken, His saying:
and We had not sent to them before you, [O Muhammad], any warner.
[Saba 34:44]
So by combining these two verses, they reject all the hadiths of the Messenger regarding what has been reported?

The Shaykh : We say: This is due to their lack of jurisprudence and their deceptions. For it is agreed upon by scholars that a general statement may be specified. And this general statement:
And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.
[Al-Isra 17:15]
,
to warn a people to whom no warner had come before you
[Al-Qasas 28:46]
and the like, clarifies that there is no Messenger between Isa and Muhammad, and that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the only Messenger from the Arabs. This is what is intended. It is not intended to establish the argument for these people. Then, a third point: it is a clarification of Allah's favor upon these people, where they had lost the Prophets, and no Prophet came to them except Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). So it was obligatory for them to be grateful for this favor and to accept his message.

The questioner : But the problem perhaps remains in the verse
and We had not sent to them before you, [O Muhammad], any warner.
[Saba 34:44]
which explicitly states that they were not warned before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

The Shaykh : Correct, yes. But if a text from the Messenger comes that so-and-so is in the Fire, and so-and-so is in the Fire from among these people, do we say to the Messenger that he lied? That is not possible.
