The reciter: And Hārūn ibn Sa‘īd al-Aylī narrated to us, and Ibn Wahb narrated to us, and Usāmah narrated to me that Ḥafṣ ibn ‘Ubayd Allah ibn Anas ibn Mālik narrated to him that he heard Anas ibn Mālik say:

'Amra daughter of Abd al-Rahman reported on the authority of the sister of Amra: I memorised (surah) "Qaf, by the glorious Qur'an" from the mouth of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on Friday for he recited it on the pulpit on every Friday.

جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ
