Is it prescribed for the khatib to conclude his khutbah with the words of Allah the Exalted: “So you will remember what I am saying to you, and I entrust my affair to Allah”?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for the khatib, at the end of the khutbah, to recite the verse that says:
And you will remember what I [now] say to you, and I entrust my affair to Allah فستذكرون ما أقول لكم وأفوّض أمري إلى الله
[Ghafir 40:44]
, because many khatibs say this?

The Shaykh : By Allah, I do not see this, because the believer from the family of Pharaoh was addressing disbelievers, whereas here you have Muslims.
