Is it the Sunnah for the first two rak'ahs to be longer than the last two?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : It is reported in one of the narrations of this story that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) made the first rak'ah longer than the second rak'ah, and the same applies to the prostrations. It is also reported in al-Bukhari that one of the Companions, whose name does not come to mind, was complained about to 'Umar ibn al-Khattab by the people of Iraq, who said that he did not pray a good prayer for them. 'Umar summoned him and asked, "How is that?" He replied, "I do not hesitate to pray for you the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He would lengthen the first rak'ah and shorten the second." So, do we take from these two stories that it is the Sunnah for the first rak'ah to be longer than the second rak'ah?

The Shaykh : No, no. We mentioned this, and this is what Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas referred to.
