Is it prescribed to raise the hands in supplication during sa'y and tawaf?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, regarding raising the hands in supplication during sa'y, is it prescribed to raise the hands in it?

The Shaykh : No, not during sa'y, and likewise not during tawaf. This is because those who described the tawaf of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his supplication in it
Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire." ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار
[Al-Baqarah 2:201]
did not mention raising the hands. And the fact that they mention raising the hands on al-Safa and al-Marwah indicates that there is no raising of hands in anything other than that.

The questioner : ...؟

The Shaykh : In supplication and dhikr.
