The reciter: Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Ibn Abi 'Umar both narrated to us from Ibn 'Uyaynah. Ibn al-Muthanna said: Sufyan narrated to us from Hisham ibn 'Urwah from his father from 'A'ishah:
that when the Prophet came to Mecca he entered it at the upper end and went out at the lower أنّ النّبيّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم لمّا جاء إلى مكّة دخلها من أعلاها وخرج من أسفلها
