Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Ahmad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Yunus narrated to us, saying: Zuhayr narrated to us, saying: Abu al-Zubayr informed us from Jabir.

The Shaykh : The narrations from Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) have ended, and other narrations were brought, yes.
The reciter:
He told of a man who went to God's Messenger and said, “I have a slave-girl who is our servant and I have intercourse with her, but do not want her to conceive.” He replied, “Withdraw your penis from her if you wish, for what is decreed for her will come to her.” After a time the man came and told him the girl had become pregnant, and he said, “I told you that what was decreed for her would come to her.” Muslim transmitted it.

The Shaykh : This is an explicit text that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted coitus interruptus, where he said, "Practice coitus interruptus with her." However, we mentioned that if the woman is free, her permission is necessary, because she has a right to a child. And the Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) derived from this that if the man is sterile, the wife has the right to demand annulment, yes.
The mu'adhdhin: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar.

The Shaykh : Allahu Akbar, shall we complete the hadiths in this? O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer, grant Muhammad the intercession and the excellence, and raise him to the praised station which You have promised him, for You do not break Your promise. Shall we complete?
