The Shaykh mentioned the ruling on coitus interruptus and cited the statements of al-Hasan and Muhammad ibn Sirin: (So I related it to al-Hasan, and he said: By Allah, it is as if this is a prohibition) and (Muhammad said: And his statement, 'There is no harm upon you,' is closer to prohibition).

The Shaykh : In any case, this hadith indicates the permissibility of coitus interruptus, but it is not clear evidence. Therefore, Muhammad ibn Sirin and al-Hasan deduced that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said that, and that it is closer to prohibition. There is no doubt that it is contrary to what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wanted his Ummah to increase in number, as he said:
Marry the loving and fertile women تزوجوا الودود الولود
However, if there is a need for it, there is no harm in it, whether because the mother is weak in constitution, sick, or something similar to that. Otherwise, it is disliked. If the woman refuses, it is forbidden.
