What is the authenticity and meaning of this hadith: “When one of you goes out of his house, let him say: In the name of Allah, there is no power and no strength except with Allah, what Allah wills, I rely upon Allah, Allah is sufficient for me and He is the best Disposer of affairs”

The Shaykh : I do not know this hadith to be reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.
