In the hadith: "Did you not know that My servant so-and-so fell ill and you did not visit him?" Does this refer to cosmic servitude, such that the hadith includes the disbeliever and Allah is with him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The student: The Qudsi hadith that passed by us; I think the intended meaning of servitude is the religious servitude.

The Shaykh : Hm?
The student: The intended meaning of servitude, I think, is the religious servitude?

The Shaykh : Yes.
The student: The remaining types of servitude.

The Shaykh : That is, cosmic worship. I do not think this happens for a disbeliever who is ill, such that Allah is with him.
The student: ... .

The Shaykh : Huh?
The student: He ate and drank.

The Shaykh : Yes, even this, even this, if he is a disbeliever and there is no treaty between us and him, then we want him to perish. We set fire around him to increase his thirst and kill him, or we hasten and kill him if he is a combatant. If he is under a treaty, yes, there is no harm in giving him, because Allah said:
Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them لا ينهاكم الله عن الذين لن يقاتلوكم في الدين ولم يخرجوكم من دياركم أن تبروهم
[Al-Mumtahanah 60:8]
.
The student: ...?

The Shaykh : No, if that were the case, He would have said, "You are in the sky."
