Is the use of tissues for cleaning the back passage analogous to the use of stones in terms of the priority of combining it with cleaning the front passage?

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. If someone were to say: We stated that combining the cleaning of the back passage with water is better than relying on just one of them. Is the use of what is found in some restrooms today, such as tissues, analogous to the cleaning of the back passage?

The Shaykh : Yes, indeed. There is no doubt that the cleaning of the back passage and the removal of impurity are achieved with them.
