The Shaykh : If what I understood is the reality, then the action of the insane person is not punished, because the insane person has no intellect. And Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, only punishes the one who has intellect. It is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:Sunan Ibn Majah 2041Hasan (Darussalam) So this woman who burned herself has no sin on her as long as she burned herself in this state.
