Machine translationRead the Arabic original
And among the benefits of this noble verse is the comprehensiveness of Allah’s knowledge, based on His saying: [Al-Ahzab 33:40].
And among the benefits of this noble verse is that Allah’s confirmation of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and His support for him is a witness to the truth of his message, because He said:[Al-Ahzab 33:40] So if Allah knew that Muhammad was not a messenger, what would He do with him?
The student: ...
The Shaykh : What is it that He confirmed? And nothing more.[Al-Haqqah 45:46] The aorta in the heart; if it were cut, he would die. Yes, so the fact that Allah supports him, helps him, and opens things through his hands, while he says: "I am the Messenger of Allah," and that He has given him permission to take your wealth and your necks if you do not enter into Islam and pay the jizyah, this is a sign from the signs of Allah for him. And for this reason, He concluded this verse, which established his messengership, with His saying: [Al-Ahzab 33:40].
And among its benefits is the obligation for the servant to be mindful of his Lord. Where is this taken from?[Al-Ahzab 33:40] So when you know that Allah is All-Knowing of everything, and among the things He knows are your words, your deeds, and your thoughts, [Qaf:16] By Allah, if we had this firm, established faith, a person’s sins and disobedience would decrease. But people are in heedlessness. When you know that if you move, Allah knows about you; if you are still, Allah knows about you; if you speak, Allah knows about you; if you are silent, Allah knows about you; if you think, Allah knows about you. This obligates you to do what? To be mindful of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and not to be found by Him where He has commanded you, and not to be seen by Him where He has forbidden you.
And among the benefits of this noble verse is the refutation of the extremists of the Qadariyyah. Where is this taken from? They denied Allah’s knowledge of what the servants do before it happens from them, and this verse contains a refutation of them:[Al-Ahzab 33:40].
And among the benefits of this noble verse is the vastness of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), His vastness in all things in His attributes, in His names, and in His actions, as Allah the Exalted said:[An-Nisa:130] [Al-Baqarah:261] Where is this taken from in the verse? From His saying: [An-Nisa 4:32] Who is All-Knowing of all things. There is no doubt that He is Vast.

The student: ...
The Shaykh : The "Jifla" is faster. Okay, the "Jifla" is general, and we select, "Oh so-and-so, where is the evidence?" The "Jifla" is better, so...

The student: ...
The Shaykh : The winter is the time of winter. "We are in the winter, we call the Jifla" We say, "Oh people, please, everyone who is in the place." "You do not see the etiquette in us, it selects" The etiquette is the one who makes the feast, he selects, meaning he says, "Oh so-and-so, please." So, we follow the pattern of this, yes.
The student: ...?
The Shaykh : Yes, it is called a thing that he will eat, because the word "thing" is used for the past, the present, and the future.
