The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: << . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . >

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
One of them said: "O my father, hire him. Indeed, the best of whom you hire is the strong, the trustworthy."
From this, it is derived: the permissibility of a woman speaking in the presence of a non-mahram. Wait for this benefit: do we agree with this or not?
The student: ... was present ....

The Shaykh : Present in the current state of his condition, but Musa was not a prophet until now, was he? So his Shari'ah was not established. This is a report, because after mentioning the polytheists and others, the speech...
The student: He says he spoke ....

The Shaykh : Yes, it appears that this was during the lifetime of Musa, and for this he said: "I want to marry you one of my two daughters in this state." So we may not accept that this is evidence for the permissibility, because the Shari'ah of Musa was not established at this time. Yes, if Shu'ayb was on the religion, and I say this because we do not agree with those who said that the one meant is the Prophet Shu'ayb. And I say: if the man of Madyan - "the man of Madyan" is better than the word "Shu'ayb" - if the man of Madyan was on the religion, then yes, it is possible to derive from this the permissibility of a woman speaking in the presence of a non-mahram. Although this issue is not problematic from the Shari'ah perspective in our Shari'ah that it is permissible for a woman to speak in the presence of men, women .... the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) in the presence of men, as long as there is no fear of what?
The student: Fitnah.

The Shaykh : Fitnah. If fitnah is feared, then fitnah is prohibited, even in permissible matters. Okay.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Like what?
The student: Prefacing the supplication with

.

The Shaykh : This was said by Musa.
The student: The permissibility of limiting the supplication to the state of the one making it.

The Shaykh : All of this is from the action of Musa.
The student: Yes, but ...

The Shaykh : This is from the action of Musa, and Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) mentioned it in the form of... for him in the form of... upon him, He did not mention it just like this. And this is also mentioned in the Sunnah from another proof.
Also, it is derived from this verse
One of them said: "O my father, hire him" قالت إحداهما يا أبت استأجره
that it is possible to derive that the lower advises the higher, because of her saying:
Hire himاستأجره
Because the command here is not for obligation, but for consultation and presentation. It is possible that the lower is higher than the higher in some matters, is it not? Just as the one who is less preferred may be better than the one who is more preferred in some matters.
And from this, it is derived from the noble verse that one should return in works to these two descriptions, which are strength and trustworthiness.
And it is derived from it: also that it is recommended for a person to seek in all his states one who is strong and trustworthy, because of her saying:
Indeed, the best of those you hire is the strong and trustworthy one
And strength here - the brother Ibrahim asked - strength in work according to its nature. So strength in physical works means strength of the body, and strength in intellectual matters is strength of the mind in that thing, and strength in military matters is the soul [as is] of war. So everything's strength is according to its nature. And with the disruption of one of the two descriptions, the work is disrupted. If strength is disrupted and the person becomes weak, he cannot perform the work, even if he is among the most trustworthy of people. For this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Abu Dharr
Indeed, you are a weak man, so do not take charge of authority or over the wealth of an orphan
So his saying:
Indeed, you are a weak manإنك رجل ضعيف
Here, is weakness the opposite of trustworthiness or not? Or the opposite of strength?
The student: The opposite of strength.

The Shaykh : The opposite of strength. The man is trustworthy but weak in taking on works. So we say: a person may have strength or trustworthiness disrupted in him. And perfection is the presence of strength and the presence of trustworthiness.
He said: "I want to marry you one of my two daughters on the condition that you hire me for eight years" The student ....
