The reader: "For this reason, our companions and other scholars differed: Is what the disbeliever is blessed with a blessing or not? Even if the disagreement is verbal. Allah the Exalted said:
(55) Do they think that what We extend to them of wealth and children (56) Is [because] We hasten for them good things? Rather, they do not perceive.
[Al-Mu'minun 23:55-56]
And He said:
So when they forgot that by which they had been reminded, We opened to them the doors of every [good] thing until, when they rejoiced in that which they were given, We seized them suddenly, and they were [then] in despair.
[Al-An'am 6:44]
. And in the hadith:
When you see Allah blessing a servant while he persists in his disobedience, it is only a gradual luring by which He lures him
. And an example of this in seeking refuge is the statement of the woman to whom the Prophet "

The Shaykh : And the correct view is that the disbeliever has a blessing from Allah without doubt, in His creating him, preparing him, and providing for him. Allah the Exalted said:
(25) How much they left behind of gardens and springs (26) And crops and noble sites (27) And comfort wherein they were amused.
[Ad-Dukhan 44:25-27]
A blessing means a state of enjoyment and luxury in which they were indulging. So the correct view is that Allah the Exalted has a blessing upon the disbeliever and upon the Muslim, but Allah's blessing upon the disbeliever is only in this world. As for the Hereafter, they have no blessing and no honor.
The reader: "And an example of this in seeking refuge
The statement of the woman to whom the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to propose marriage, and she said: I seek refuge in Allah from you. He said: You have sought refuge in a protector. Then he turned away from her. It was said to her: This is the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). She said: I was more wretched than that
