Is it permissible to object to one who recites the supplication before the two rak'ahs in the prayer of istikharah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. Is it permissible to object to one who recites the supplication of istikharah before the taslim?

The Shaykh : It is not permissible to object, but it may not be beneficial, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) directed it and said:
Let him pray two rak'ahs, then let him say فليصل ركعتين ثم ليقل
. If one recites the supplication before exiting the two rak'ahs, I fear it will not be beneficial to him due to his contradiction of the command of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). However, it should be clarified; if the truth is clarified to a believing person, he does not transgress it.
