Is it permissible to interpret the saying of Allah the Exalted: << تجري بأعيننا >> as encompassing?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : We have said that we do not attribute eyes to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) merely on the basis of the attribute of hearing.

The Shaykh : No, merely on the basis of the attribute of sight, yes.

The questioner : We said that we take it from the saying of Allah the Exalted:
It runs with our eyes تجري بأعيننا

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : So, if this verse were to come alone, without the coming of the Sunnah, would it suffice...

The Shaykh : Which

The questioner :
It runs with our eyes تجري بأعيننا

The Shaykh : Yes, there is no doubt.

The questioner : ...they flow with our eyes, in truth.

The Shaykh : This is what he interpreted with that; in reality, he is one who distorts and misinterprets. If the intended meaning were encompassing, he would have said "they flow with our knowledge," because knowledge is more comprehensive than the eye. Do you understand?
Now, as for the one who interpreted it as "in our sight," because there are some of the exegetes and jurists who follow the methodology of the people of the Sunnah and the community in affirming the attributes, if he said "in our sight" and stopped there,
The student: He interpreted it...

The Shaykh : No, that is not correct. This is not correct. Rather, he must say "in our sight with our eyes." When we say "in our sight," it means affirming vision without eyes.
The student: The time, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Yes, what contradicts [the truth], we give them... Creed is important.
