The Shaykh : He said: "And we believe that his Shari'ah is the religion of Islam which Allah the Exalted has chosen for His servants" and that Allah does not accept from anyone a religion other than it, due to His saying the Exalted: [Ali 'Imran 3:19] ". This verse is restrictive (hasr) because of the definiteness of its two pillars. Where are the two pillars? The religion (al-din) and Islam, both are definite. And when the two pillars of the sentence are definite, it becomes indicative of restriction. So the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam.
And he said: "[Al-Ma'idah 5:3] ". [Al-Ma'idah 5:3] Meaning He made it complete, and the meaning is not that I sealed it, because verses have come down after this verse.
" And He the Exalted said:[Ali 'Imran 3:85] ". Meaning he seeks [Ali 'Imran 3:85] to worship Allah with [Ali 'Imran 3:85]. What hadiths bear witness to this verse? The saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih Muslim 1718b.
Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam

اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الإسلام ديناI have perfected for you your religion
أكملت لكم دينكم" And He the Exalted said:
