The questioner : He says: Since I am the least deserving of the beneficiaries, as I am a student and support a family, and I have been deprived of the income from this endowment based on the order of its supervisor, does he have the right to dispose of this endowment in this manner and deprive me of a share of it?

The Shaykh : If the condition set by the endower does not apply to you, then you are not entitled to anything, and the sin of the supervisor’s action, which contradicts the condition and the Shari'ah, is upon him. You must know that if you are not so poor that you cannot find your daily sustenance, then you are not entitled to anything from this endowment, considering it is an endowment. Yes.

The questioner : Is what the supervisor takes lawful for him? This tenth that amounts to two hundred thousand riyals?

The Shaykh : This should be referred to the court.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Yes, indeed.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.

The questioner : This questioner, Muhammad 'Umar Ahmad from Sudan, sent three questions.
