What is the evidence that all the prophets mentioned by Allah in the Qur'an are messengers?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original

The student: Shaykh, may Allah reward you, what is the evidence that all the prophets mentioned in the Qur'an are messengers?

The Shaykh : We mentioned the evidence to you previously:

And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you

ولقد أرسلنا رسلا من قبلك منهم من قصصنا عليك

[Ghafir 40:78]

So everyone whom Allah has narrated to us is a messenger.
