Explanation of the author's statement: And he said: "And those who do not associate partners with their Lord"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And he said, I have it with me, and he said
The student: And the saying of Allah

The Shaykh : The second one, and the second saying of Allah
The student: And he said

The Shaykh : His statement, and he said, okay, let's make it a copy
The student: ... and the saying of Allah

The Shaykh : Read what comes after it
The student: Indeed the one who ...

The Shaykh : Yes, this copy is different; I have it as: And he said:
And they who do not associate anything with their Lord
[Al-Mu'minun 23:59]

The student: We have this too

The Shaykh : Ah?
The student: The preferred one is "And he said," and in the explanation, "His statement"
The student: ... and the saying of Allah

The Shaykh : Because in your version, the conjunction is better ... Chapter One, and the saying of Allah ... and the saying of Allah, and his statement, and his statement "
And they who do not associate anything with their Lord
[Al-Mu'minun 23:59]
"
This verse has been discussed previously, and it is His saying
(59) And they who do not associate anything with their Lord (60) And they who give what they give while their hearts are fearful
[Al-Mu'minun 23:58-60]
to the end, but the author mentioned the evidence he intended:
Indeed, they who are apprehensive from fear of their
[Al-Mu'minun 23:57]
out of their fear of Him,
are apprehensive مشفقون
meaning they are afraid of disobeying Him, (Glorified and Exalted is He)
Entering Paradise without reckoning. And we said that the broader and narrower meanings: the broader meaning, we mentioned regarding all sins that all sins are shirk (associating partners with Allah) in the broader meaning because they stem from a desire that contradicts the Shari'ah. And Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said:
Have you seen the one who took his desire as his god?
So it is shirk in the broader meaning, but in the narrower meaning, scholars divide sins into two categories: shirk and fisq (open sinfulness), meaning without shirk. Here,
And they who do not associate anything with their Lord
[Al-Mu'minun 23:59]
what do you think is intended: shirk in the narrower meaning or the broader meaning?
The student: The narrower one

The Shaykh : It appears to be in the broader meaning, in the broader meaning
The student: That is impossible

The Shaykh : No, it is not impossible. As long as we say that establishing tawhid (the oneness of Allah) is not achieved except by avoiding shirk in the broader meaning. We also note that the meaning of not associating partners does not mean that it did not occur from him, but if it did occur, he must repent, and ... Every son of Adam is prone to error, but they do not persist in shirk. Every son of Adam is prone to error, and there is no doubt that no one is free from error.
and the best of those who err are the repentant
But for them, this small point that occurred remains and grows, it is not erased. For the one who does not err, it is erased because he sees that this sin, despite his deficiency, is heavier than a mountain. But the heedless disbeliever sees it as what is mentioned in the hadith:
like a fly that landed on his nose, he says, "It is like this" كالذباب وقع على أنفه يقول به هكذا
But the person whose heart is alive continues to remember this sin; whenever he remembers it, it brings about repentance. Yes, so these are the ones who do not associate partners. We say they do not associate partners in the broader meaning, neither in beginning nor in continuation. It does not mean "no beginning," meaning it is impossible for them to have sins. No, we do not say that. We say they do not persist in them, but you will find that their sins are always accompanied by repentance or by many good deeds that erase them. Yes.

The questioner : Okay,
And cause not corruption upon the earth after its reformation
[Al-A'raf 7:56]

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : Did it come ...

The Shaykh : No, all sins
The student: ...

The Shaykh : The major ones and the non-major ones; all sins are causes of corruption on earth
Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned
[Ar-Rum 30:41]
