Is wudu' obligatory for every prayer for a woman who experiences moisture from the womb?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
May Allah reward our father, the Shaykh 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Baz, may Allah protect him from all evil and forgive him, his parents, and all Muslims, amen.
We are a group of women suffering from moisture that comes out of the womb, and our question is: Is it obligatory for us to perform wudu' for every prayer? Knowing that this may be difficult for us, please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you.

A: And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, after that:
If the moisture mentioned is continuous for most of the time, then each woman who experiences this moisture must perform wudu' for every prayer when the time enters; like the woman with irregular bleeding (istihadah), and like the one with incontinence in urination. But if the moisture occurs at times and is not continuous, then its ruling is the ruling of urine: whenever it is found, the state of purity is invalidated, even if it is during prayer.
May Allah guide everyone to what pleases Him, and heal us and you from all evil, for He is the All-Hearing, the Near.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
