The ruling on the moisture a woman finds in her private parts

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
This is a message we received from the sender (S. M. A.) from al-Madinah al-Munawwarah. She says in her message: I am a seventeen-year-old girl, a believer, and I am diligent in performing the prayer, praise be to Allah. But my problem is obsessive thoughts and doubt. When I wake up from sleep, I find wetness on my clothes and I perform the full ritual bath because I believe it is a wet dream, even though I do not know the meaning of a wet dream or the nature of the fluid that accompanies it. My thinking has become confined to this problem to the extent that I perform the full ritual bath once or twice on some days. I have become very anxious, and I always doubt the cleanliness of my clothes and everything around me. I change my underwear for every prayer. Please inform me: is every wetness a woman finds on her clothes a wet dream, even if it is small and sometimes does not reach the clothes? Please inform us, may Allah reward you with good?
Answer: First, obsessive thoughts are from Shaytan. These doubts that overtake a person, all obsessive thoughts are from Shaytan. So it is obligatory to fight him and seek refuge in Allah from his evil. You must seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, beware of his obsessive thoughts, and strive to keep the greatness of Allah in mind. He, Glorified and Exalted is He, does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear, and He is Merciful to His servants. He has not placed any hardship for them in the religion. Then you must not yield to Shaytan’s obsessive thoughts. Rather, you must avoid his obsessive thoughts. If you feel something, say: I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. Continue with your work, such as prayer and ablution, and so on. Do not repeat anything or redo anything.
As for the moisture a woman finds in her private parts or on her clothes, this moisture is a matter of consideration. If it is semen, this is a sign that it is a wet dream. If she wakes up and sees semen, which is the thick, viscous fluid, this occurs due to a wet dream. If she wakes up from sleep at night or during the day, that is a wet dream, and she must perform the full ritual bath. However, if it is ordinary moisture that does not indicate the presence of semen, it may be moisture from urine or from the fluid that occurs in a woman’s private parts. Something of this may appear on the clothes, such as the trousers or the shirt. A woman is afflicted with things of moisture and fluids that come out of her private parts other than semen. If you are not certain that it is semen, you do not have to perform the full ritual bath until you know and are certain and convinced that it is the known semen, which is the origin of the human being. It is a thick fluid whose smell resembles the smell of the pollen of the male date palm. You should be careful in this matter and strive to know what this thing is.
If it is an ordinary thing that does not resemble semen, but is an ordinary thing, then it is from the moisture of the private parts. It is sufficient to wash what has affected your clothes from it, and to clean yourself with water, then perform the ablution for prayer. This is sufficient, and there is no need for the full ritual bath. Yes.
The presenter: May Allah reward you.
