If the moisture that comes out of a woman invalidates the ablution, why did not explicit evidence come to clarify this situation in the era of the female Companions?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : She has a remainder in her question, saying: If the moisture invalidates the ablution despite its abundance, why did not explicit evidence appear to clarify this situation in the era of the female Companions, given that this moisture descends continuously and is the nature of many women?

The Shaykh : The reality is that this issue raised by the questioner is a genuine issue, because this, namely the moisture that comes out, is a trial that many women, or most women, face. However, after thorough research, I did not find any scholar who said that it does not invalidate the ablution except Ibn Hazm. We have not mentioned any precedent for him previously to say that the Salaf of the Ummah hold that this does not invalidate the ablution. Otherwise, I am saying now: if one is found among the Salaf of the Ummah who holds that there is no invalidation by this moisture, then his statement is closer to the truth than the statement of invalidation. First, because of the hardship, and second, because this is a customary matter, not a sudden occurrence like that of the woman with irregular bleeding, but rather it is a customary matter for many women. So if you find a Salaf from the early period of this Ummah who holds that there is no invalidation by the emergence of this moisture, then his statement is closer to the truth. But if you do not find such a person, then it is not permissible for us to depart from the consensus of the Ummah.
