He remained, and He praised Himself for the perfection of His attributes, not in relation to Himself, nor in relation to His messengers. Indeed, He (Blessed and Exalted is He) is praised for the perfection of His attributes and for sending the messengers, because of the mercy for creation contained therein. And Allah knows best.
