The Shaykh :"And among the fruits of faith in the messengers:
First: Knowledge of the mercy of Allah the Exalted and His care for His creation, where He sent to them those noble messengers for guidance and direction".
Yes. When we believe in the messengers, that obliges us to know the mercy of Allah for creation, because had it not been for the messengers, we would not have found the right path, and had it not been for Allah, the messengers would not have found the right path. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: What is it? Sahih Muslim 1803a. The messengers are the guides who show the way to good, and had they not been sent, we would not have known how to worship Allah. That is to say, even if we assume that we know Allah in a general sense, and that every created being knows by reason that it must have a Creator, we are still unable to worship this Creator. Who is able to know how to perform ablution, or pray, or give zakah, or fast, or perform Hajj? No one is able to do so except through the guidance of Allah the Exalted through the hands of the messengers.
And among these fruits is also that we know the care of Allah for creation, where He did not leave them to themselves, but rather He sent the messengers, explained the paths, warned against disobedience, and encouraged obedience. All of this indicates the care of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) for these created beings.
