What is the ruling on wearing clothes that have images of living beings on them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, what is the ruling on the images found on clothing for children and adults, whether the image is complete or only a part of it? And if it is forbidden, what should we do with the new clothes we have? Should we destroy them?

The Shaykh : It is not permissible to wear clothes that contain images, whether these images are of a human or an animal, and whether they are colored or attached, because some images are colored and some are attached to the garment. Therefore, it is not permissible for a person to wear a garment, trousers, a shirt, or anything else that contains an image, whether the image is part of the original pattern or attached, and whether it is for children or adults. The scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) mentioned this in their books. However, if you have new items as you mentioned in the question, I do not see anything other than removing their heads if possible, by coloring them with a color that conceals the head. If that is not possible, then destroy them, because they are of no use. Yes.
