He said: "The definite noun with the definite article", and he did not say: "The definite noun with al," because some Arabs define: with am, which is the Himari language, the Himari language; they use am instead of al, so they say: "Unzur ila amqamar," look at amqamar, meaning: look at the moon, do you understand? For this reason he said: "The definite noun", and did not say: "with al," but rather said: "with the definite article": to include: al and am.
The definite noun with the definite article is the fifth of the types of definiteness, because the types of definiteness are: the pronoun, the proper noun, the demonstrative, the relative, the definite noun with al, and the noun attached to one of what was mentioned is the sixth, but the noun attached to one of what was mentioned was definite by means of another, whereas these five types are definite in themselves, by themselves, the definite noun with the definite article:
