How do we respond to the Tahrir Party in their claim that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent his messengers only for clarification and not to establish the argument?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: Just clarification, may Allah reward you, regarding the point where we stopped with the Tahrir Party in the discussion. Because we reached with them the point where they say that he sent the Messenger - (peace and blessings be upon him) - his messengers and his sending only for clarification, and we said why does he call them? He said it is not to establish the argument. So how do we complete the discussion with them? May Allah reward you, because it is the same.

The Shaykh: The answer has preceded. They attributed to the Prophet - (peace and blessings be upon him) - what is not permissible. They attributed to the Messenger what is not permissible, which is that he sent a caller whose call does not establish the argument. What is the benefit of presenting a clarification that the one to whom it is clarified is not obligated to hold onto it? What is the benefit of that?

The questioner: That is to say ...

The Shaykh: ... to the people, that is
And never would We punish until We sent a messenger. وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّى نَبْعَثَ رَسُولًا
[Al-Isra 17:15]
, so the argument is established by the conveyance. Therefore, it is not permissible to separate the argument from the conveyance. We referred to this earlier in our answer.

The questioner : May Allah reward you.
