If one stays overnight on the night of the thirteenth, is it permissible for him to throw the pebbles before the sun reaches its zenith?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: What is the ruling for one who stays for two days after the festival and spends the night of the third day? Is it permissible for him to throw the pebbles after the appearance of the dawn or after the sun rises, if he faces severe circumstances?

Answer: If one remains in Mina until night overtakes him on the night of the thirteenth, it is obligatory for him to stay overnight, and to throw the pebbles after the sun reaches its zenith. It is not permissible for him to throw the pebbles before the sun reaches its zenith, just as in the two preceding days; he may not throw the pebbles on those days except after the sun reaches its zenith. This is because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) remained in Mina on the thirteenth day and did not throw the pebbles except after the sun reached its zenith, and he said:
Take your rituals from meخذوا عني مناسككم
(peace and blessings be upon him).
