The ruling on one who stoned the Jamarat al-Aqabah and performed the tawaf before the middle of the night of the festival

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I am a pilgrim who stoned the large Jamarah before the middle of the night, then immediately headed to the Haram to perform the tawaf of ifadah. During that time, my wudu' was broken, so I completed the tawaf. Due to the crowd around the Maqam, I was unable to perform the two rak'ahs of the tawaf. Then I left the boundaries of the Haram and Mina, and I did not return until after the Maghrib prayer. Have I neglected any of the rites of Hajj, knowing that my Hajj was ifrad?

Answer: First: Stoning the Jamarah before the middle of the night is not permissible, for the first time for stoning the Jamarah is after the middle of the night of the Day of Sacrifice, according to a group of scholars. Therefore, it is not permissible to stone it before that.
Second: If his tawaf was before the middle of the night, it is likewise not valid. And if it was after the middle of the night, it is also not valid because he performed the tawaf without ritual purity, and because his wudu' was broken during the tawaf. In any case, he has not performed the tawaf according to the correct view. He must repeat the stoning, and he must repeat the tawaf after that with the intention of the tawaf of ifadah, and with the intention of stoning the Jamarat al-Aqabah on the day of the festival. His tawaf in which he broke his purity does not suffice him. If he did not remember and did not notice until the times for stoning had passed, he owes a sacrificial animal, because he did not actually stone. He owes a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Mecca for the poor of the Haram with the intention of leaving the stoning. He must perform the tawaf at any time; he may perform it even at the end of Dhul Hijjah or in Muharram, whenever he remembers, until he completes his Hajj. He also owes a second sacrificial animal for leaving the overnight stay in Muzdalifah until after the middle of the night. And success is from Allah.
