Ruling on stoning the three pillars at night during the days of Tashriq

Question: Is it permissible to stone the three pillars at night during the days of Tashriq for one who has no excuse?

Answer: It is permissible to stone after sunset according to the correct view, but the Sunnah is to stone after the sun passes its zenith and before sunset, and this is the best if it is feasible. If it is not feasible, then it is permissible to stone after sunset according to the correct view.
