The questioner : I read in some small booklets about the things that invalidate wudu', and among the things that invalidate wudu' was this condition, which is the severe impurity that comes out of the body. Please inform us about this?

The Shaykh : The one who says this means the impure substance that comes out of the body, meaning from other than the front and back passages. For example, if a person is wounded and blood comes out of him, and this blood is a lot, or if a person vomits and a lot of vomit comes out of him, then it is impure and invalidates the wudu'.
The correct view is that it does not invalidate the wudu' because there is no evidence for invalidating the wudu'. And if there is no evidence for invalidating the wudu' by that, then it is not permissible for us to spoil the worship of the creation in a matter where there is no evidence, because this wudu' was established by a legal proof from the Shari'ah, and what is established by a legal proof from the Shari'ah, it is not permissible to remove it except by a legal proof from the Shari'ah. How dare one spoil the worship of the servants of Allah with something for which there is no evidence from Allah (Mighty and Majestic)?
And Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will ask me about that on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever claims a spoil for any of the acts of worship, whether prayer, fasting, or wudu', without evidence, let him prepare for being questioned on the Day of Resurrection, because just as it is not permissible to establish a worship except by evidence, it is not permissible to spoil a worship except by evidence.
So the stronger position in this issue is that what comes out from other than the two passages does not invalidate the wudu'. What comes out from the two passages, if it is continuous and a person cannot prevent it or hold it back, like incontinence of urine, then it does not invalidate the wudu'. The person performs wudu' the first time, and then he is not required to repeat the wudu' unless he finds an invalidator other than this urine that comes out. A group of scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) said this.
And others said, rather, it does not invalidate the wudu', but he has to perform wudu' for the time of every prayer.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O honorable Shaykh, and may Allah bless you.
